Our functional anatomy classes ensure an understanding of the key muscles and bones involved in asana practice and their associated health benefits and contraindications. Substantial emphasis is placed on analytic training, muscular and skeletal anatomy, individual physical limitations and differences. The specially designed practical anatomy classes are the back bone of the alignment classes. Not only will you be taught these lectures in the class room you will also be given access to our pre-recorded anatomy module taught by our co-founder Eli Aguilar. 100 Hour YTTC - FAQs

You can teach after completing 100 hours of Yoga TTC. However, as it is a very short course, it is recommended to complete 200 hours Yoga TTC.

Yes, the course fees include accommodation in double sharing as well as 3 times Satvik meals. If you wish to choose your own accommodation then, we can give you a subsidized rate

100, 200 and 300 hour teacher training course are very intense and so not advised for pregnant females. Pre and post natal Yoga TTC can be done if the doctor permits to travel and do the course in the second and third trimester

Maintaining discipline during the course is very much required. It is okay to miss the class if there is any genuine reason. Otherwise, you won’t get the certification, as we consider ourselves responsible to certify you.

There is no 100 hour Yoga TTC in Yoga Alliance. However, we teach you half of the syllabus in this course and the rest half can be completed in any of our other schools within a year to become Yoga alliance 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
