Our functional anatomy classes ensure an understanding of the key muscles and bones involved in asana practice and their associated health benefits and contraindications. Substantial emphasis is placed on analytic training, muscular and skeletal anatomy, individual physical limitations and differences. The specially designed practical anatomy classes are the back bone of the alignment classes. Not only will you be taught these lectures in the class room you will also be given access to our pre-recorded anatomy module taught by our co-founder Eli Aguilar. There is no prior experience required as this course is for absolute beginner level which will help to start the Yogic journey

The course content consists of all the topics to provide a holistic knowledge of Yoga like Anatomy, Alignment, Pranayama, Meditation, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow.

There is no compulsion for the students to start teaching or to have a goal of teaching Yoga. One can either join to start or progress their yoga journey or to bring in the lifestyle changes by getting into a routine

This course is a great combination of both physical and spiritual transformation. This will open up a lot of perspectives towards life and your own self.

By the end of the course, you will be given a chance to teach your fellow participants and the same will be evaluated by the teacher. Also, Attendance and discipline play a very important role in the process.
